Whether you want to or not is totally up to the individual.
Personally I prefer it. I’ve always used the excuse that it helps me to be more Aerodynamic for swimming and cycling.
It would have helped if I was doing one of those two things when I used them as an excuse to why I liked to be hairless on my legs.
Well honestly I now have a great reason to because it is proven. Thanks to my friend Sarah Butler who shared this article with me I have a scientific study supporting my argument.
Basically shaving makes you faster it’s that simple. Studies done by experts proves that you can save any where from 50-80 seconds on a 40km ride. Now for me that’s even more reason to make sure I am well groomed. I will leave you all to read this article and decide for yourselves.
